Welcome to ADSA!!  We are here to provide you with as much training as we can provide on driving and being safe on our roadways, in town and freeways.  We offer two types of classes which are:
Traffic Survival School and Driver Instruction.  I'll try to be as brief as possible but still let you under-stand our programs.

Traffic Survival School

By reading this you might have already recieved a 'Corrective Action' letter from MVD which states you must attend a certified Traffic Survival School within sixty (60) days.  Please do not take these letters for granted and ignor them as some do.  Generally TSS is for four types of drivers, they are DUI's, red Light violators, drivers under eighteen with one or more citations and those who accumulate over 8 points on their driving record for speeding and other violations.  We cover these subjects plus a lot more in the required eight hour  class.  We have an open class discussion on various subjects but still maintain the required curriculum.  You don't have an instructor that is there just because and dictates  or reads from the book, we make it as interesting as a traffic school can be and very informative.

Our classes are held on Sundays & Thursday's!  The first. third and forth Sundays of each month and the third Thursday(subject to change).  There two locations which are the Best Western Inn Suites at 6201 N Oracle Rd and the Holiday Inn Palo Verde at 4550 S Palo Verde Rd. Our fee is $40. paid at the door by either cash or money order.  We start at 8:15am and go until about 5:30pm.  You need to register before hand by calling the office at 682-8329 between the hours of 8:30am and 6:00pm.  Your letter has all the pertinent information (case no. & Lic. no.) will be needed when you call to register for a class.

Drivers Ed Program

Our drivers ed program consists of strictly behind the wheel.  It is a six hour program split up into three 2 hour lessons one on one.  We do pick up at school or at home in most areas of Tucson.  At the end of the two hour lesson we take home or at a pre-given location.  Depending on where it might be & parent approval, verbily only.  There is a 50 question multiple choice leaarning test that each student must complete before the last lesson.  It is an open book test and anyone can help just as long as the student understands each question and learns from it.  The Instructor will go over the test with the student before the start of the last lesson.  Our fee includes a waiver for the road test, no road test is required at MVD.  We are third party instructors for MVD.  Again our hours are from 8:30am till 6:00pm for scheduling.  Please schedule at least a month early or earlier for our 3:00 slots, mainly for high school students, fill up fairly fast.  We have reduced aur fee due to the current economic structure.  We now charge $260. for our services.  For scheduling the same number for TSS is used >>> 682-8329.

A bit about myself...I've been doing a Traffic Survival School for a little nine years.  This school is for running red lights, drivers with more than eight points on there driving record and teens under the age of eighteen withone or more driving citations.  I involve the class with open discussions as long as it stays on the subject at hand.  We cover all sorts of driving siuations and each students account of there traffic violation is a learning tool for others.

As for Drivers Ed, I have been doings this for over six years with no accidents. (Knock-on- Wood)  I teach students from the ages of 15 and a half to 65 yrs. old.  I have had students from all parts of the world, which can be very challenging but rewarding.  When I see how much they learn in such a short time it is very rewarding.  I have had very few failures which is understandable with over 1200 students that hve gone through our school.  I start students in a housing area and when they develope enough for traffic is when the are put out into light to moderate traffic.  We do in town , freeway (if feasible), dountown traffic and I teach parallel parking.  The road test is the last thirty minutes of the last two hour lesson which consists of what we learned in the past lessons.
Driver improvement is what I look at mostly!  The road test is not for MY students to fret over, it is just what they have learned  and I am there to help them not fail them.

As far as cost is concerned, we may be able to sell two hour lessons at $45. per with a twwo hour minimum.
When you finish the third lesson and pass I will issue a waiver for MVD.  Or buy the package for $260. and when you pass your waiver will be issued.  Give us a call at 520-682-8329 and I'm sure we can work something out for you to become an excellent driver.

Thank you for visiting our web site and please remember, driving is a full time job, no texting or cell phones while driving.  Be safe!!
